Foam Super Hero Masks

These masks are really simple to make, and they turn out "super" cute.  {I can't resist a pun. lol}

I am making a bunch for my boys' Super Hero party, but they would make a great addition to any dress up box.

You'll need:

  • foam sheets (I used Elmer's foam sheets in Royal Blue)
  • thin elastic
  • scissors and a hole punch
  • a paper template (They are all over the web, but here is the one I used.)

First, use a paper template to cut out a mask "shape" from the foam.  Use the hole punch to punch a hole on each side.
Second, measure the elastic to fit the child's head.  (Mine were a little over 12 inches.)
Third, tie the elastic through the holes in the mask, and secure with a double knot.

That's it!  Told you it was easy.  :-)
