Also - the winner of the $100 gift card iLeeanne Crisante.

Recently, I was given a sample of the new and improved Schick Hydro 5 disposable razor, and I had my husband test it for me. Today, I am sharing my review and giving 25 of you lovely readers the chance to test out this awesome razor FOR FREE!

When I first gave this razor to my husband, he was nervous because he had never used a razor with five blades before, but he was pleasantly surprised. Even in difficult areas (like under his nose), he had absolutely no problems, and he was able to get a VERY smooth shave. Also, he has sensitive skin, and there was no irritation from using this razor. Today, I am giving you the opportunity to test out this awesome razor (valued at $9.49) FOR FREE!

To claim your Schick Hydro 5 disposable razor, please email me your name, mailing address and phone number with "free razor" in the subject line. My email address is: EastCoastMommy@gmail.com

I am looking for 25 readers to sign up to try the razor, and then post an honest review on Amazon.ca. When you sign up, you will receive a free razor... and there is absolutely NO COST associated with participating

(Note: You must be a Canadian resident who has made a purchase on Amazon within the last six months.)

Also, if you post a review including #gotitfree and #contest in your review, you will be entered to win a $100 prepaid gift card. (Note: To be entered in the draw for the gift card, you must email me the link to your review.)

Writing an Amazon review is easy. You can read my review on Amazon here.

So, if you are eligible to enter*, send me your info ASAP. If you are one of the first 25 to send me your info, you'll receive a razor (valued at $9.95) for free! You can view all the official contest rules here, but if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let me know.

Stuck on You {Review and $100 Giveaway} - CLOSED

winner - Lila Jefferson - sweet and lovely crafts31 May 2015 at 10:40
Those labels are all adorable! I love the name dot labels. All school supplies need to be labeled and these ones are so cute!
I have three boys that have lots of "stuff", and it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep track of everything.  For me, name labels are key.  If my boys leave a sweater on the playground or a hockey glove in the dressing room, it is much more likely to find it's way home if it has a name label on it.

Summer is a perfect time to get organized. I put labels on summer hats, sweaters, soccer gear, beach towels and every piece of clothing that might get left behind by my active boys.

Labels are also perfect for camp... when kids suddenly become responsible for all of their own belongings. In fact, Stuck on You has a new range of Write On Labels that are perfect for camp – they're as simple as write, peel and label! They are available as Write On Name Labels and Write On Clothing Labels, so they are great to label all of their gear before camp and ensure it returns home.

Want to win 2 - $50 gift cards, so that you can order some awesome labels for your little ones? All you need to do is leave a comment below (before June 5) letting me know which product you would buy with your gift card. (You can find all the fantastic products here.)  Easy peasy... just make sure you log in or leave your email address so that I can contact you if you win!

While you are there, you'll also want to check out all the fun designs available from Stuck on You. My boys are in love with the hockey stick and puck design, but there are tons of other fantastic options.

This contest is open to all my US and Canadian readers, so don't forget to enter.

Good luck!

FREE e-books and a chance to win a $100 Visa Gift Card - CLOSED

Winner - Michelle Tremblett (Thanks to everyone that took the time to enter.)

Recently, I was asked to check out "The Adventures of Napkin Man" e-books with my 5 year old.  I easily downloaded the three e-books {for free} onto my iPad, and they were a hit with my little guy... and his two big brothers.

This is the first time I have ever downloaded e-books for my kids, and I had a great experience.  Each of these e-books starts with a tale a child facing an emotional challenge, and then the story provides coping strategies in an entertaining way.  These e-books are highly interactive and intuitive, and they include a series of activities, songs and games.

Here are the links to the 3 e-books (for iPad) that my boys and I downloaded and read:

Penguin-A-Go-Go Messaging around calming down

Treasure for All Messaging around sharing

Say Hello Messaging around shyness

Free e-books are awesome... but that's not the only good news I am sharing today.  I also have a $100 VISA gift card to give away to one of Canadian readers.  (As Napkin Man can only be read on iPads and downloaded through iTunes, maybe the winner could put the $100 toward his/her own iPad, or purchasing other educational material.)

To enter, please leave a comment below letting me know which e-book your little one would be most interested in reading.  Don't forget to leave your email address (if you don't have one linked to your profile), so that I can contact you if you win. Contest closes February 8th.

Enjoy the e-books, and good luck with the giveaway!

Northpole Communicator {Review and Giveaway} -- CLOSED

Winner - Hilary B. {Thanks to everyone that took the time to enter.}

The boys and I just received two fun Christmas products to review, and I have a set of these products to give away to one lucky US reader.  Even if you aren't living in the US, you are going to want to check out the North Pole Communicator Interactive Microphone and the Polar Explorer Goggles and Adventure Map.

My boys especially love the Northpole Communicator.  Starting on December 1, you can use it to talk (daily) to the North Pole.

Yesterday morning, my boys were eager to give it a try.  The boys talked to a delightful elf that had them trying to imitate the sounds Santa's reindeer make.  It was adorable!

There is also a fun website where you can find out more info... including how to write to Santa and where you can purchase your own Northpole Communicator.  {Click here to learn more.}

So... are you excited yet?  To win a Northpole Communicator AND Polar Explorer Goggles and Adventure Map, all you need to do is leave me a comment {below} letting me know who would love to communicate with the North Pole in your home.  Don't forget to log in or leave your email address so that I can contact you if you win.

Thanks for taking the time to check out these great products, and good luck with the contest!  You only have a week to enter, so enter ASAP.

Stuck on You {Review and Giveaway} - CLOSED

And the winner is... Kathleen Mc18 May 2014 23:42
Is it bad I want to keep one for myself? I love the flowers!

When I was a child, I could never find anything with my name on it.  I think that is one of the reasons why I am so in love with the adorable products from Stuck on You.

I was recently sent these stainless steel drink bottles for my boys.  Each boy picked their own design, and they are all totally cute!  And the good news... I have one to give away to one of you.  If you are the winner, you'll be able to choose your own name and design.  Cute, right?

All you need to do is leave a comment below (before June 5) letting me know which design you think you'd choose.  (You can find all the fun designs here.)  Easy peasy... just make sure you log in or leave your email address so that I can contact you if you win!

Baking with Greek Yogurt {Yoplait Review and Giveaway} - CLOSED

And the winner is...
SUMMER PLEWES17 April 2013 10:21
I have never tried greek yogurt. I don't know what is stopping me , but I just love regular yogurt so much lol

Healthy eating is important, but if you're like me, sometimes you need a little treat.  So... in an effort to eat a bit better, I have been meaning to give greek yogurt a try.  It can be a great lower fat alternative to butter and oil when baking (and it is a source of protein).  So, I pulled out my "no fail" banana bread recipe (that I wrote about here), and I substituted the 1/4 cup oil with 1/4 vanilla greek yogurt.

It turned out great.  Are you encouraged to give it a try?  Well... I can help...

Want to win four coupons for free Yoplait Source greek yogurt AND one $100 gift card for Lululemon?  Just leave a comment below letting me know whether or not you have ever tried greek yogurt.  Simple, right?  :-)

And, if you want a BONUS ENTRY, just subscribe to my RSS feed or by email, and leave a comment letting me know you have done it.

BTW... I found some great info about greek yogurt baking substitutions here.  Let me know what you think.

Good luck!

The winner (as chosen by Random.org) is Comment #4:

Jessica Thibodeau9 April 2013 09:16
Loving the Jolene jacket! But am in love with the wondur zip jacket as well.

A couple of weeks ago, I was contacted by Sky Marcano (of Mandala Sky) about reviewing one of her stylish, Eco-friendly, Canadian-made yoga jackets.  I checked out her website, and I was impressed with her designs.  Then, she sent me the Wunder Zip Jacket (in white) to review, and I loved it!

The jacket is made from a super-soft and comfy fabric that has just the right amount of "stretch".  The length is great, and the design is really flattering.

Do you want to win one of these fabulous jackets (valued at $89)?  Just visit www.mandalasky.com, and leave a comment below letting me know your favorite piece of clothing on the site.  (Don't forget to log in or leave your email address so that I can contact you if you win.)

Giveaway {Peanut Butter Cheerios} - CLOSED

Thanks to all that entered.  The winner is:

My 2 year would go crazy for these. She loves "pinga butter toast" but because her daycare is nut free with several children with a severe peanut allergies, real peanut butter (instead of wow butter) is a very special treat in our house. I think these would be a great addition to our very limited toddler routine and have been looking for them since I first saw your post but haven't been able to find a box.

My boys love peanut butter and they love Cheerios.  So, when Life Made Delicious asked if I wanted to try new Peanut Butter Cheerios, I didn't hesitate to say yes.  {In fact, when I got the email, this is what my boys were eating for lunch.  lol}

My three adorable taste tasters are anxiously awaiting the arrival of our box of Peanut Butter Cheerios.  :-)

Do you want to try them too?  On February 4, a coupon will go live on the Life Made Delicious facebook page for a buy one get one free opportunity to try them {redeemable on March 16/17}.  There are only a limited number of coupons, so don't delay.

And... of course, I am giving you an opportunity to win a great prize package worth $50Just leave a comment below letting me know your favorite way to enjoy peanut butter... smooth, crunchy, with chocolate, etc...

This contest will run from January 31 to February 28th and is open to Canadian residents only.  (One winner will be chosen by random.org and will have 48 to respond/claim prize.)  You may enter across multiple blogs but may only win one prize.

It's called "My Pretty Playhouse" from Cascades Boutique, and you can read all about it here.  My boys are having a fantastic time with their playhouse.  {They call it their "secret clubhouse".}  I love a toy that allows little ones to be creative!!!!!!

Review and Giveaway {Yoplait} - CLOSED

Contest closed.  The winner is Jennifer DeLorey.  Congratulations, Jennifer!

Did you know that "Yoplait" products are now part of the General Mills family {made in Canada since 1971}?  This is exciting news for me {as a Life Made Delicious Ambassador} because my family loves Yoplait products.

Now that September is here, we are slowly getting into our "Back to School" routine, and Yoplait products are definitely a part of our daily lives.

Personally, I am making an effort to not "skip breakfast" and to get more calcium into my diet.  So, I have started to have a bowl of yogurt and granola each morning.  I really enjoy the strawberry Yoplait Source.  {It is only 35 calories per serving and has no added sugar.}

And, my boys love Yoplait MiniGos and Tubes in their school lunches.  They make great after school snacks too.  {You have to love a snack that contains no gelatin, no artificial flavours, and no artificial sweeteners.}

How do you get into a "Back to School" routine?  I have a great prize package (valued at $50) that will help:  4 free coupons to re-discover some of Yoplait’s yummiest products around, a lunch bag, a Post-it note dispenser, a journal, and a pen.

To enter, just leave a comment answering this question: "What is your favorite yogurt flavour?"  {Don't forget your email address if you don't have one linked to your profile.}

The rules {I am a mom... I can't help it.):

1) Contest closes on October 15th at midnight.

Review and Giveaway {Pillsbury Chocolately Crescents} - CLOSED

Contest Closed:  The winners are Glogirl, Nicolth pickle, Tanya H. and Brenda Penton.  Thanks to everyone that took the time to enter.  :-)

As a Life Made Delicious Ambassador, I was recently sent a box of  the {new} Pillsbury Chocolatey Crescents to try.  I was excited because, now that two of my boys are in school, I am serving after- school snacks each day.  Most days we have something healthy, but sometimes a rainy afternoon calls for a "special treat".  :-)

The verdict:  these chocolatey crescents are delicious, and received "three thumbs up" from my boys.

And... what is a treat if you can't share it?  So, I have four coupons to give away to four {Canadian} readers who would like to try a box of Pillsbury Chocolatey Crescents for {free}.  Just leave a comment below, and I will pick four people {at random} on Monday morning {September 24}.  The coupons expire on October 31, 2012, so I will send them out as soon as I pick the winners.

Don't forget to leave your email address.  If I can't contact you, you can't win.

Review and Giveaway {Old El Paso} - CLOSED

Contest Closed - The winner is "Jiselle".

As a Life Made Delicious Connector, I was recently sent a box of Old El Paso products to try.  They are launching 3 new delicious products:  an extra mild hard taco dinner kit, a hot & spicy fajita dinner kit, and a new mild taco seasoning.

As a busy mom, I love a quick and tasty weekday meal, so I was excited to try some of the new products.  Tonight, we tried the extra mild hard taco kit.  I was a little worried that it might be a little "blah" because it was mild, but it wasn't.  It comes with a seasoning mix {that you add to sour cream} that adds a tasty "tang" to the taco.  Yum!

So... want to try it for yourself?  Leave a comment below letting me know if your family would prefer the "mild" or "hot" dinner option, and you could win a kit valued at $50 {like the one pictured here}.

The contest runs until September 20th, 2012, and is open to Canadian residents only.  {You may enter across multiple blogs, but you may only win one prize.}

Good luck!
